Gloria Jeans is actively looking for a mature minded individual with a few years experience in Cafe Operations. The role requires highly motivated individuals who are operationally & people focused to work within a team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Managing and handling coffee preparation
- Excellent customer service and presentation
- Store closing duties
- Assisting with stock control
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
- General clean-up duties
- Available to work afternoons 4 days a week with weekends

- Barista experience Essential
- Exceptional Presentation
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experienced shift Supervisor skills highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to take initiative and think on your feet
- High attention to detail
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Shift Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Barista: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
