The **Omnichannel & Digital Manager/Specialist **will lead omnichannel and digital initiatives to enhance the experience for Healthcare Professionals by executing a clear vision and strategy by harnessing technology and data and working with a cross functional team to win hearts and minds to inspire, motivate and drive impactful change across the business.

As a key member of the Business Excellence Team, you will
- Be accountable for delivering a local omnichannel vision for increased Healthcare professionals engagement and experience
- Collaborate with internal medical and commercial teams to identify challenges and develop solutions to drive resolution
- Gather market insights from customer and stakeholder engagement to identify key marketing opportunities
- Create innovative initiatives to the company, patients and healthcare market to increase customer engagement and digital excellence

You will bring to the role
- Three or more years' experience in a digital / omnichannel environment within the Australian market
- Strong analytical, strategic and project management skills
- A degree in business or digital communication is required for the role & and advanced degree in business, digital/ e-commerce marketing or bioscience will be advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in understanding digital trends & solutions and using technology platforms and products
