**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Service: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely manner, documenting customer needs for future use.
- Operational Excellence: You will take ownership of understanding and complying with Expeditors internal process standards, to complete timely, accurate and compliant documentations, customer billings and system updates. Operational task will be and not limited to; organizing collections, preparing shipping documents, customs clearance, customer and vendor communication, shipment monitoring and accounting.
- Service Provider Relationships: As an Air Export Agent you will build strong partnerships with Service Providers including shipping lines, transport companies, and freight yards to ensure you client is serviced to a high level.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years freight forwarding experience in air export (ocean experience is an advantage).
- Industry certifications highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- General Mathematical knowledge, dealing with Exchange Rates, Foreign Currency, and General Ledger codes.
