**About the Company** This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 12-month contract paying up to $800 p/d + Super. This role is located in Sydney CBD.

**About the team**
The team is a group of experienced individuals who have been working in their respective fields for the last 3-5 years. This team have clear goals to deliver the projects they are working on to give back to the residents of NSW.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Product Designer with a leading NSW Government agency. The Product Designer will design and deliver customer experiences to support project objectives.

Key accountabilities include:

- Liaise with stakeholders and drive design discussions.
- Work collaborative in an agile environment to deliver designs on time and in budget.
- Create form designs based on existing GEL and patterns to create a cohesive experience for the end user.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer to enable a data driven customer-centered design approach for complex problems.

**About You**
- 5+years of Product Design or UX/UI Design Experience
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated
