We are looking for a strong bar tender with good industry experience, able to demonstrate capacity to make and build the classics and be knowledgable of australian wines and beers. Have an enthusiastic approach to your work and an ability to lead a small team behind the bar with flexibility to incoroprate front of hose wait staff in the mix. Rupert has two bars, the main one up front and a more select experience in the coktail lounge out the back. We have a dedicated management team in a venue manager and 2IC that you would be working directly under. Approximately 15-25hrs per week available.
