The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a General Manager to provide a critical role at Corella Place as part of the Offender Services unit.

**About the Business Unit**

**About the Role**

Some of your duties will include:

- Manage all operational, service delivery and business service aspects of the Corella Place Residential Facility, across multiple sites
- Provide leadership to a staff team, developing and maintaining a culture that reflects Corella Place's Mission Statement
- Build and develop relationships with a range of key stakeholders, including providing CV representation at forums with local authorities and community groups
- Identify and provide authoritative advice on emerging issues and trends and provide high-level guidance on the case management of residents

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership within a highly complex service delivery area, preferably in relation to people with multiple and complex needs and/or within a legislative framework.
- Experience in the management of sexual offenders and/or a correctional environment is desirable
- An ability to drive a culture of quality by design where quality practices are embedded in the service and solution delivery process
- Ab ability to role models ethical leadership through decision making and interactions with people

**Qualifications/requirements**
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience working in a Correctional environment and/or within a legislative framework is desirable, but not mandatory
