Crowne Plaza Perth is on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who is bubbly, has a passion for hospitality and loves a great conversation.
**Your day to day**
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will run the daily Food and Beverage operations across the restaurant, bar, room service and functions. You will be training new colleagues and mentoring our current colleagues in their performance and future career goals.
No one day will be the same as our hotel is a well known and loved brand in the Perth region
**What we need from you**
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Food and Beverage Restaurant preferably within a hotel environment.
- Experience in leading, supporting and driving a team
- Qualifications in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage related field (desirable)
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster as our operations run across 7 days
- Excellent communication skills
- WA RSA Certificate
- Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positivity in the team to drive an engaged winning culture.
