**Labourer/Assistant - Metalwork Industry**
Loganholme | Casual with view to full time

We are a busy, all-in-house metalwork business based in Loganholme, looking for a dedicated **Labourer/Assistant** to join our team. This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone who is **physically fit, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn new skills.**

**About the Role**:
You will work across multiple departments, assisting with various tasks to support production and ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the **site installation** teams on various projects
- Supporting the **powder coating & sandblasting** department
- Forklift operation (if licensed)
- Packing and preparing final products for dispatch
- Using hand and power tools
- Cutting steel and general metalwork assistance
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace

**About You**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or metalwork environment
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a fast-paced workplace
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Reliable, honest, and proactive
- **White Card (construction induction card) required**:

- **Manual Driver’s License highly regarded**:

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
