**About the role**

An opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join the friendly team at our Duncraig branch on a part time basis.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.

- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated high degree of computer literacy
- Experience in Medical Reception and Apollo advantageous
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A friendly personality with the ability to communicate with individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds

Previous experience within a customer service industry or Medical Receptionist position will be highly desirable. However, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
