Our Bendigo Plant is now seeking a **HR Truck Driver/Relief Batcher** to join our team in **Bendigo**, 2 hours drive north of the Melbourne CBD. We are looking for a driver who is passionate about safety, results focused and have a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with overtime available in accordance with business needs, including rostered Saturday work.
HR licence required, training in operating an agitator will be provided. Confidence with computers would be highly regarded as you will be called upon to assist with batching from time to time.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
- Loading and delivery of concrete to our customers
- Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck
- General concrete plant maintenance

**This role is a great fit for you if you**:

- Hold a valid HR drivers licence
- Experience driving an agitator truck preferred but not essential
- Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
- Are results focused, self-motivated and take pride in your work
- Have a professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Have a collaborative attitude and enjoy being part of a results driven environment
- Are skills focused and keen to work as part of a productive team
- Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures

**What we offer**:

- Base hourly rate from $28.20/hour, plus penalty rates, plus super
- Approximate working hours are 6am -4pm Monday to Friday and 6am - 12pm on rostered Saturdays
- 10 day training program in operating the agitator and slumping concrete
