The Opportunity

Duacare Support Solutions, a compassionate NDIS-registered provider, is urgently seeking **female Disability Support Workers** to join our team in Adelaide’s Western Suburbs.

If you are passionate about making a positive impact and empowering individuals to live their best lives, this role is for you. You’ll be part of a supportive and growing team, providing high-quality, person-centered care that truly makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide **personal care and support** (e.g., showering, dressing, hygiene assistance).
- Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Support community access, social activities, and transportation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Female support worker availability (for personal care needs).
- A valid NDIS Worker Check.
- A current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- A full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is highly regarded but not essential. We value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.
