Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing areas within CBD and Broome that mainly focuses on on premise customers and managing on premise activations and some focus on the retail channel. This role is perfect for creatives with an entrepreneurial flair who enjoy meeting new people, are commercially driven and are wanting to work for one of the world’s greatest brands in a forever dynamic industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
What you will experience- Building meaningful customer relationships- Understanding customer objectives and with this insight, develop targeted and commercially strategic value propositions to enable profitable outcomes- Evaluating value propositions and identifying areas of opportunity- Building territory plans- Continually and innovatively seek new business- Providing industry and brand insight to increase customer engagement- Maintaining a high level of our brand knowledge and keeping abreast of industry trends- Delivering brand training sessions to customers, recommending new concepts- Analysing data from commercial and consumer insights to develop new strategies
**Profile**:
- Solid understanding of both the on premise (bars, pubs and clubs) and liquor retail channels.- Commercially astute- Experience within a selling environment- Self-motivated and with a desire to exceed expectations- Strong communicator with proven ability to influence others- A valid driver license
