**Job Overview**: As a Nurse Program Coordinator, you will take a proactive approach and work through projects with mínimal direction and supervision, while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role involves ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of programs across the business, with the option to work in the office (2 days a week) and at home. Key responsibilities for the role include building and maintaining relationships with internal and external staff, ongoing liaison with line managers and team members, written communication and regular follow-up with patients and healthcare professionals, adverse event reporting management, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves high-quality data entry, word processing, and general administration duties. **Qualifications**: - Minimum two years' experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education, training and experience - Commitment to meeting/exceeding customer expectations with a strong customer service focus - Keenness to learn and ability to take on new tasks and update training regularly within required timeframes - Ability to work and contribute in a team setting - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Demonstrate a "can do," flexible, caring approach, and positive attitude to work - Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available)
