- an offering of Indian foods that has been designed by India’s super popular Celeb Chef, Harpal Singh Sokhi.

Today, Sabrini Foods has added manufacturing and looking for export opportunities to grow the business for the Australian made products.

**Purpose of Position**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Discuss with software programmers to select and design to address configuration specifications and business technological requirements
- Develop and implement best practices and processes for improved system methods
- Testing the systems to monitor business performance and ensure optimum quality
- Liaise with IT professional in different areas and the departments within the business to determine best practices and guidelines for system functionality and review the feedbacks and ways for improvement
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT and business processes
- Utilize IT resources and programs such as ERP to create solutions effective in meeting the requirements of the business
- Experience in using ERPs like Netsuite and High Jump would be preferred
- Making reports to the management on the way through IT technology to maximise the business profits and minimize any possible inaccuracies.
- Maintain accurate records of relevant technical and business information
- Conduct research to identify ways to improve systems performance and efficiency
- Oversee the budget preparation and planning of resources for a project

**Qualifications**

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

**Key Experience, Skills & Knowledge**:

- Positive, energetic value adding mindset with a pragmatic approach towards getting things done.
- 2+ years’ experience in an ICT Business Analyst role or similar function.
- Experience within the Financial services industry is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in agile ways of working, workshop facilitation and product management though IT Technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with workshop facilitation experience.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement projects assisted with IT technology
- Developed problem solving skills and ability to query and think creatively.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carrum Downs, VIC 3201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Importer / Exporter: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
