Reporting to the Head of People & Culture this position will provide support to the People & Culture team by assisting with various tasks and administration activities relating to Human Resources activities, policies, processes and procedures.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the company's onboarding program
- Liaising with new starters to coordinate commencement requirements
- Preparing, distributing and following up on employment paperwork
- Drafting and publishing new starter announcements
- Distributing service anniversary correspondence
- Coordinating and distributing birthday and anniversary vouchers Australia wide
- Assisting with developing and maintaining HR content on the company intranet and HR section of the website
- Assisting with the coordination of company events, HR training programs and other internal meetings
- Assisting with maintaining accurate learning and development records, booking training and development
- Maintaining the company organisation chart
- Maintaining up to date templates for HR collateral
- Maintaining performance management records
- Assisting with the creation of employment contracts and letters as required
- Ensuring maintenance of employee records and filing
- Conducting research for HR projects as required
- Assisting with annual performance review procedures

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience in a HR or Office Support position with relevant tertiary qualifications. You will have proven time management and organisational skills with an excellent phone manner and superior attention to detail. You will be someone who takes initiative and is solution-focused with excellent people skills to interact with teams, colleagues and external suppliers. Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with MS Suite and the ability to learn new systems is required.

The salary guide for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 + Super and this is a full time role, Monday to Friday with standard working hours 8.30am - 5.00pm.
