**What will you do**

Your areas of focus include enabling and mentoring internal and external delivery teams including quality assurance and continuous upskilling, leading the maintenance of complex SAP landscapes by providing technical expertise and support, resolving incidents and handling customer requests, acting as a trusted integration point between CAS and SAP solution/ product areas and hands-on support on customer incidents/ requests.

This role requires the flexibility to work as part of a shift rotation or out of hours to support incidents, upgrades/patching, deployments and other support activities, as needed.

**What you bring**
- Strong knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools.
- Minimum 8+ years of SAP technical administration with SAP Basis skills and should have knowledge & experience on setup, administration and operations of SAP solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for Sovereign Cloud Customers
- As a senior Basis consultant, take full ownership of overall SAP technical solution
- Seek opportunities for TCO reduction to optimize ROI
- Proven track record of driving complex SAP technical problems and produce solutions/ recommendations
- Strong experience leading Basis support transition within defined scope and schedule
- Willing to operate from SAP’s secure facility on a shift basis
- Must be able to orchestrate and coordinate with other teams/ stakeholders to drive desired outcome
- Demonstrated ability and readiness to successfully drive outcomes that require high degrees of cross-organizational interaction and collaboration (both internally and externally)
- Promotes a culture of trust, feedback, transparency, and values diversity, high integrity, and ethical behavior
- Strong methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking
- Organizational talent and team player with the ability to extend trusted relationships with additional key stakeholders on top of a well-established internal and external network
- Business knowledge of the SaaS, PaaS and IaaS markets, including a deep understanding of SAPs Cloud portfolio and offerings, along with market insights and competitive knowledge
- Language Skills: Fluent in English spoken and written a must
- Result-driven, persistence, self-motivation, and willingness to work under pressure
- ITIL certification or demonstrated experience working within an ITIL framework

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably SAP-certified in NetWeaver or S/4HANA system administration or Solution Manager
- Experienced in architecting, implementing, and configuring SAP solutions
- Proven experience in implementation, upgrade and migration S/4HANA systems
- Experienced in implementing and supporting SAP SaaS products i.e., Ariba, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, Concur etc.
- Well-versed with Business Technology Platform, offerings and Basis support function, including technical integration
- Excellent knowledge setting up SSO for NW ABAP and JAVA based systems (SAML, SNC, SPNEGO etc.)
- Experienced with SAP Tuning, Troubleshooting, tracing to fix performance issues
- Highly skilled in delivering SAP Basis tasks, but not limited to

- Solution Manager Configuration

- BTC Job and Spool Management
- SSL and Encryption/ Decryption
- Technical Integration with upstream and downstream systems
- Sound knowledge of standard SAP Security best practices.
- Sound knowledge with Hyperscaler offering and deployments methodologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experienced with SAP SOLMAN and Focused Solutions
- SAP Solution Manager experience with S/4 HANA and SaaS Products
- SAP Solution Manager 7.2 hands-on configuration experience
- Expert level knowledge of Change Management capabilities ChaRM
- Advanced knowledge of ITSM, Test Management, Process Documentation
- Sound Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM is desirable
