**Your new company**
Your new company is highly reputable market leading light fabrication supplier in the manufacturing space, they work across the high end residential, commercial, and industrial market specialising in fencing, gates, roller shutters and doors (garage, auto roller and panel/auto rollers.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be based in the factory as a leading hand supervising and teaching apprentices as well as fabricating your own work mainly consisting of light fabrication. Your day to day will consist of machine operating, welding, and interpreting plans to build and create quality products for a range of different clients. You will get a variety of work and will have a chance to work on interesting projects to further build your skills.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following.
- Trade Qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator
- Read and interpret plans and drawings
- Experience in machining and welding
- Experience with light fabrication and/or structural fabrication
- Experience as a leading hand or supervisor or willing to take the next step
- Any other tickets including white card, asbestos awareness, and forklift licence beneficial
