An opportunity has arisen for a Leading Hand to join our passionate, friendly and hands-on ACT team. Our teams work on commercial landscape projects for Government Bodies through to Tier 1 Builders in a variety of areas.

Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for completing a range of civil, hard and soft landscaping tasks whilst maintaining safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete softscape projects, including plant selection, soil preparation, and planting.
- Conduct regular maintenance of gardens, including pruning, weeding, mulching, and irrigation management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on garden design and plant care.
- Diagnose and treat plant diseases and pest issues.
- Work closely with the landscaping team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in horticulture and sustainable landscaping practices.

- Vehicle License
- Excavator / Bobcat Licence (or willing to obtain)
