With growing clients in the regions, so are our workforce. Alpha Omega Aged Care and Disability Service is hiring support workers in in-home aged care and disability service in a casual or part time permanent setting.

Location: Southwestern Sydney and all adjacent suburbs.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Assisting with daily care for clients at their home including showering, changing clothes, brushing their teeth, etc.
- Performing housekeeping including domestic cleaning, laundry, food preparation.
- Transporting and accompanying clients when required.
- Social support to improve clients’ wellbeing and independence.
- Perform administrative duties such as always clocking in/out after each shift, making incident reports, and entering shift notes on the rostering app.
- Attend company training and meetings as required.

**About you**
- Confident and calm manner.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to adapt** **communication skills to each client you work with.
- Speaking Arabic/Assyrian is a must
- Willing to accept the 02 hours shift.

Desirable Qualification and criteria:

- Experience on working with people with elderly people.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent or willing to upskill yourself.
- Can drive and access to a vehicle is desirable.
