**Your role**:
We’re seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of Chicago Pneumatic portable air products across Oceania. You’ll be responsible for expanding market share, building a strong dealer network, and executing strategic marketing plans to position CP as a top player in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans
- Build and manage distributor relationships
- Oversee inventory and CRM accuracy
- Lead promotional activities and ensure brand alignment
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports
- Support training and development for distributor teams

**To succeed, you will need**:

- Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven sales and distributor management success
- Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
