**About the role**:

- Conduct market research for stock supplies & supplier options
- Obtain & Evaluate quotes from suppliers
- Product Purchasing for quoted jobs, office consumables & company assets
- Develop key supplier relationships for positive and ongoing stock deals
- Coordinate and process purchase orders within company systems and processes
- Working closely with demand planning and production teams to align purchases with daily production plans and forecasts

**About you**:

- Intermediate skills with EXCEL
- Understanding of purchasing principles, knowledge of supply chain
- Experience with MS suites especially with Outlook
- Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- High degree of sense of urgency
- SAP experience is desirable
- Must have high attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organisational skills
