The Shift Printer is responsible for all aspects of the printing operations including the set-up, adjustment, and troubleshooting of the printing machines.

This includes the setting of plates, colour & viscosity control of the inks to maintain quality, routinely conducting basic quality control tests. The Shift Printer is expected to be able to plan print changes to minimise downtime and scrap. They are required to interact with other team members regarding issues related to the product being made and resolve these as soon as possible.

They are also expected to assist in machine start-ups and roll changing when other production issues in the process require. The shift Printer is expected to be able to manage numerous presses on different lines and is expected to read and understand the schedule and to create and execute a plan with the Print Co-Ordinator to meet production requirements.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Flexographic Printing: 3 years (required)

- Australia (preferred)
