Laundy Hotels are seeking experienced hospitality staff to join the team at Park House Food & Liquor in Mona Vale.

Park House, rising from the ruins of the Mona Vale Hotel, is a multipurpose dining and social space, dramatically reimagined to match the neighbourhood’s exciting evolution in the heart of the Northern Beaches. The Beaches Favourite Local is proudly brought to you by The Sydney Collective.

The name, inspired by the Park Street location, captures our vision: an open-door, feel-right-at-home social space the community can call its own, reflecting Mona Vale’s hefty food, drink and creative credentials.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Park House is looking for hospitality staff who are committed to delivering exceptional service across the following positions:

- Bartenders
- Food Attendants - Food Runners, Host and Maître D
- Glassies & Bar Backs
- Supervisors & Duty Managers

**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Having a current RSA is a must
- RCG would be advantageous
- Excellent communicator & team player
- Availability on weekends
- Demonstrated experience for Maître D, Host or Bartender positions is required
- Thrives on providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Sound competency in the end to end sequence of service
