**About the role**

Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate a broad portfolio of essential support services.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the effective management of human resources, rostering, workforce allocation, and the overall administration of the hospital’s Corporate Services departments. These include Domestic Services, Wardspersons, Security, Stores, Customer Services, and the management of on-site carparks.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and integration of non-clinical services that support safe, high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to contribute to the efficient running of a major regional hospital.
