**About the role**

Mater Education has an exciting opportunity for a casual Associate Program Facilitator to join the team Reporting to the Manager Programs and Partnerships and based at our Newstead location this role will see you focus on the foundational delivery of our High Value Conversations Program across Queensland Hospital and Health Services and other externally engaged organisations.

**Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and **access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900** + **access to many staff benefits

**What you’ll be doing**

Typical duties of the position include:

- Deliver your program foundation sessions and other small group facilitation
- Distribute appropriate resources to support continuous professional development
- Assess the effectiveness of programs, development and service activity
- Make relevant content and program delivery changes in collaboration with the Lead Facilitator
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Travel may be required throughout Queensland and Interstate

**About you**

We are searching for a facilitator you is/has;
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate learning program facilitation
- Bachelor or other tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Previous experience within Healthcare environment
- Cert IC in Training and Assessment
- Previous experience delivering fate to face adult learning program facilitation to small-medium size groups
- Ability to complete tasks with limited direction
- Strong ability to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic and evolving organisation
- Exceptional communication skills
