**About the role**:
Parramatta Leagues Club is seeking a hospitality superstar to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience of all club members, with a particular emphasis on our VIPs. Reporting to the Loyalty Manager, you will be passionate about building strong positive relationships with our customers and take ownership over VIP concierge requests, VIP promotions, events, and functions. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Establishing and cultivating strong positive relationships with all club members, with a particular focus on VIP members, to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Handling complex membership inquiries, including new member acquisition, renewals, and customer service issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Coordinating and hosting promotional activity throughout the club.
- Overseeing VIP Concierge requests to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Leading and participating in designated VIP and game day events to promote, improve, and maintain the outstanding quality of service to VIP members.
- Assuming responsibility for hosting VIP functions and promotions with a positive attitude and approach.

**About you**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or hospitality, a focus on delivering exceptional service to VIP’s or high-profile guests (desirable)
- RSA & RCG
- Available for a seven-day rotating roster including weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high standard of personal grooming and presentation.
- Strong leadership skills that promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Demonstrated strong organisation and planning skills in coordinating events and implementing continuous service improvement.
- Tertiary education in hospitality or related field (desirable)
- Bilingual (desirable)
