**About - Wattle Fellowship**

**About the Role**
The Wattle Fellowship Program Manager will play a key role in the implementation of the program working closely with, and reporting to, the Director.

You will provide critical project and stakeholder management to support the Director and be responsible for the design and delivery of the program. This includes leading on Fellow recruitment and selection, program content including the alumni program, monitoring and evaluation, student experience, communications and marketing, and event management.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting the next generation of global sustainability leaders by promoting the program across the University and strengthening cross-faculty relationships. You will foster an inclusive community among the Fellows and add value to their experience through program design, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and experience they need to be tomorrow’s leaders.

Responsibilities include:

- Support the program’s design and delivery, including leading on content design and delivery and learning frameworks, and engaging with internal and external technical experts to develop, facilitate and continuously improve the programs’ content.
- Support fellows in their leadership development journeys and action project implementation, including identifying or developing opportunities for fellows and partners to engage in.
- Be responsible for the operational aspects of the program to ensure the delivery of processes and procedures to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

**About You**
You are an experienced project manager with a passion for sustainability and prior experience supporting projects with a focus on enhancing student experience. You have excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders, as well as work effectively as part of a small team. You have the ability to foresee and manage risks before they arise and balance competing priorities, ensuring tasks are delivered inline with project milestones and within budget.

You will also have:

- A university level qualification in a relevant field and relevant professional experience, and/or a relevant combination of experience and training.
- Experience in the design, delivery and facilitation of student learning journeys and enrichment initiatives that promote participation and leadership.
- Knowledge, experience and passion of sustainability and/or leadership development issues and the associated sector will be highly regarded.
- To ensure the University continues to provide a safe environment for everyone, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check._
