Gold Coast, Australia New Era Cleaning Full time

New Era is a fast growing commercial cleaning and facility management company. We serve the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions and are now expanding into the whole of South East Queensland, as well as New South Wales.

We are currently seeking an experienced account manager to join our fast growing team based in the Gold Coast & Brisbane. This role will start as 3 days a week for the first 3 months, then progress into a full time role with company car and full salary.

As an account manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and maintaining client relationships.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Client relationship management - maintaining client relationships, also dealing with any service issues.
- Managing and leadership - managing cleaners and solving problems when they may arise.
- Reporting and meetings - completing daily and weekly reports, as well as weekly meetings and reviewing.
- Business development - driving organic growth through business development strategies.
- Sales - developing leads, creating proposals and closing sales. This will not be requisite for the role but will be an option if you would like to earn extra money through commission.

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain client relationships successfully.
- Problem solving and the ability to make educated decisions.
- Experience in Account Management or multi-site Operations Management.
- An applicant that matches our values.
- Excellent time management, organisation and record tracking ability.
- Willing to travel - we have jobs from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, you would be in charge of this region. So, must have drivers licence and be willing to travel between sites.

Part-time hours: 18-40 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
