**Your Impact**:
As the Assistant ELC Coordinator you will support the Coordinator and help guide the team and work alongside them to create a warm and inclusive educational environment for children.

Located at St Leonards NSW 2065, this is a term time position, working shifts across Monday - Friday 28 hrs per week. (We’re open to accommodating what works for you).

Some of your activities will include:

- Overseeing the day to day operations of the program
- Collaborating closely with the Program Manager to continue to drive a high quality of service
- Mentor and guide the Educator team to innovate experiences to promote children's wellbeing and overall growth
- Maintain and oversee the program planning, delivery and documentation.
- Developing strong relationships with families and caregivers and participating in community events

**About you**

We’d love to hear from you if:

- You love working with children and want to help them grow and develop
- Have Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
- Have compliance certificates up to date (e.g. WWCC etc.)
- Have two doses of approved COVID-19 vaccination, with the willingness to comply with additional health requirements (including booster shots)
