We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Back of House Team Member to join our growing team at Habibi Chicken. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities as we expand our presence with new store locations.

**About the Role**

You'll carefully craft and cook our signature chicken and maintain our high standards of food quality and back of house operations. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure operational excellence and team development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Marinations and morning prep work
- Stock management
- Support daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards
- Cook charcoal chicken
- Morning and evening preperation
- Monitor food safety standards and compliance with OHS policies
- Support inventory management

**Required Qualifications**
- Previous experience in takeaway or restaraunt environments
- Minimum 2-3 years of hospitality experience
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Valid Food Safety Certification
- Strong understanding of OHS regulations and workplace policies
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in customer service excellence
