As a Procurement Specialist, your collaborative spirit and autonomous streak will see you both assisting and leading end-to-end procurement activities. You will be vigilant in your approach in order to optimise our integral processes, and daring in your style to command the trust of your team, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Establishing a genuine rapport while building robust relationships is a matter of instinct, and your drive to succeed will see you confidently collaborating with partners on an international scale.

We have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences. _This role will be based in Brisbane._

**Your day-to-day...**
- End to end management of procurement activities on assigned contracts; from internal stakeholder engagement through to contract completion.
- Identify and assess commercial risks with contracts, business deals, and market conditions.
- Assist the implementation of key contractual partnerships and undertake supplier management with key providers.
- Collaborate with all departments, mostly especially with Legal and Finance.
- Support internal stakeholders to raise awareness of Procurement expertise, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with our UK counterparts on contract consolidation across the group.

**You're a match if you ideally have...**
- 3+ years procurement experience, managing multiple priorities as a jack of all trades.
- Solid experience enhancing and optimising existing processes to meet the business' operational cadence.
- Confidence and drive to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and external partners at any business level.
- A collaborative spirit and desire to work within a close-knit team, while also being trusted to deliver on specific projects autonomously.
- Flexibility with work hours in order to make calls to potential international partners.
- Knowledge and experience in the wagering industry would be desirable.
