**You’ll bring**:
Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the phone
An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
About the role

You will build meaningful relationships with your customers to help them meet their financial goals. Knowledge and expertise set us apart. You’ll connect with the community to contribute to them, including finding ways for us to engage with them. Teamwork and mateship will be crucial as you work together to meet our goals. You’ll be part of a culture that values risk and compliance at the heart of all decision making.
Multiple opportunities are available The positions are located within the Geelong CBD and nearby branches such as Corio, Geelong West and Waurn Ponds. The roles are all Permanent Full Time and the rosters are 76 hours per fortnight, generally all Monday to Friday.
