About the role

Our vision is to become Australia’s bank of choice, and you’ll play an important part in helping us achieve that. We have opportunities available within the Geelong region and are seeking Customer Advisors to be the face of the business.

**The role involves**:
Delivering exceptional customer service
Getting to know your customers and their circumstances to find the right solutions for their needs
Front-of-house concierge
Educating customers on the bank’s products and services
Being a team player as you work together to meet the banks goal

These positions are located within the retail branch network across the Geelong region. The positions available are Permanent Full Time.

**You’ll bring**:
Experience in a customer service or sales environment
Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
An ability to confidently talk, build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
