We have a new and exciting opportunity in Kilsyth for a Yard Hand.

Our client is a large timber wholesaler who supplies to well-known merchants across Australia.

Due to increased demands, they are now looking for extra staff with the view to move them across as a full-time employee after a successful 6-month probation period.

**Duties include**:

- Operating **forklift** & basic machine operation
- Manual handling of goods
- Accurately pick, pack and check off items
- Wrapping and strapping of orders
- Reporting to supervisor on progress

**The successful applicant will have**:

- **Forklift Licence essential**:

- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to follow simple instructions
- Driver’s licence and own transport
- Physically fit and capable of standing on your feet for 8 hrs a day
- Willingness to learn
