We are looking for a reliable yard hand/ forklift driver to join our mining equipment distribution centre based in Melbourne,VIC. ASAP START

Casual position with full-time hours Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a forklift licence and previous experience - high-reach forklift desired
- Must have sound knowledge of yard hand duties including manual labour tasks (cleaning and maintaining mining equipment)
- Must follow compliance with good manufacturing practices and good hygiene practices
- Must perform pre-operational checks on forklifts to ensure it is safe to operate by maintaining a log book of operations
- Must administrate the task of safely transferring full pallets to racking, trucks and storage areas
- Must have a positive mindset and be reliable
- Must be looking for long-term work
- Must be able to perform the task of moving raw materials, finished goods and product bins for processing, dispatch or storage in a safe manner
