On this occassion, we are seeking a Payroll Team Leader for their team.

The role entails autonomy and the opportunity to shape the payroll team as you see fit; manage the overall function and implement new processes to enhance efficiency throughout the business.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate and lead the payroll team from an operational perspective
- Responsible for ensuring payroll compliance relating to all statutory obligation, incl. tax, superannuation, and modern awards
- Act as the point of contact for any escalated payroll queries
- Working with the Senior Finance & HR Team to deliver required reporting
- Implement continuous improvement activities and ensure their success where possible

Key experience
- Demonstrated experience in successfully processing end to end payrolls
- Successful and proven experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of operational excellence, working in a service-oriented organisation, and delivering on service targets
- Experience identifying, implementing, and influencing for continuous improvement
- Advanced working knowledge of statutory payroll related legislation in Australian
