**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- National accreditation for operating mining machinery is required
- Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience as a production operator
- Suitable professional qualifications relevant to the machine operator training discipline - focusing on at least three of the nominated machines below with priority given to production experience on 4100 rope shovels
- Electric Wheel loaders (LeTourneau)
- Komatsu Wheel Loaders
- Large mining dozers
- Electric haul trucks
- Mechanical haul trucks
- Excavators
- Komatsu mining equipment experience desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Personal discipline in prioritising work loads
- Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
- A professional and cooperative approach to competing demands
- Quality focused, flexible, and adaptable
- Ability to negotiate at all levels
- Ability to be work away for up to two weeks at a time if required
