We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in East Geelong with multiple part time lines available.

**About the role**:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with
disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Line A (36 hours)**
**Week 1**:
Monday 6:30am - 9:30am (3 hours)
Wednesday 2:45pm - 6:30pm (3.75 hours)

**Week 2**:
Thursday 7:00am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)
Saturday: 8:45am
- 5pm (8.25 hours)
Sunday 3:45pm - 10pm (6.25 hours) & sleepover
Monday 6:30am - 9:00am (2.5 hours)
Tuesday 2:45pm - 6:30pm (3.75 hours)
Wednesday 2:45pm - 8:45pm (6 hours)

**Line B (37 hours)**
**Week 1**:
Thursday 7:00am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)
Saturday 2:45pm - 8:45pm (6 hours)
Monday 2:45pm - 6:30pm (3.75 hours)
Wednesday 6:30am - 9:30am (3 hours)

**Week 2**:
Thursday 2:45pm - 8:45pm (6 hours)
Saturday 2:45pm - 8:45pm (6 hours)
Tuesday 2:45pm - 8:45pm (6 hours)
Wednesday 2:45pm - 6:30pm (3.75 hours)

**Line C (43.25 hours)**
**Week 1**:
Thursday 6:30am - 9:30am (3 hours)
Friday 2:45pm - 8:45pm (6 hours)
Monday 3:00pm - 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover
Tuesday 6:30am - 9:00am (2.5 hours)
Wednesday 2:45pm - 8:45pm (6 hours)

**Week 2**:
Friday 2:45pm - 6:30pm (3.75 hours)
Saturday: 3:45pm - 10pm (6.25 hours) & sleepover
Sunday 7am - 9am (2 hours)
Monday 2:45pm - 6:30pm (3.75 hours)
Wednesday 6:30am - 9:30am (3 hours)

**Please note that the following compliance documents are required if successful for the role**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
