Join our well-established team at **Arana Hills Medical Centre**—a private billing boutique clinic with a strong reputation for quality care and medical education for over 30 years.

We’re not your average GP practice. Our clinic runs on a unique 20-minute appointment model, offering a more personal and efficient healthcare experience. You’ll be part of a dedicated 2-person reception team, supporting no more than four doctors at a time, allowing you to focus on quality service—not just volume.

**The Role**:

- **Full-time: 38 hours per week**:

- Shifts between **7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **2+ years continuous experience** in a general practice setting
- Familiarity with **Medicare + DVA billing**, **WorkCover Provider Connect**, and **RACGP accreditation standards**:

- Proficiency with **Best Practice software** (or similar)
- Strong computer literacy - Outlook, Word, and general systems
- Exceptional **attention to detail**, **time management**, and a proactive mindset
- A **current PRODA account**:

- A team player who is calm under pressure and committed to service excellence

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and assist patients both in person and over the phone
- Manage appointment bookings and GP diaries (supporting up to 8 GPs in rotation)
- Process a variety of billing types (private, Medicare, third-party)
- General admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
