**The Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System
- Assist with maintaining site registers and safety records.
- Assist with the induction process.
- Review tickets, licences, insurances, and qualifications, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Assist with and encourage personnel to complete their task inspections and workplace inspections.
- Assistance with completing the monthly report.
- Scanning, filing and photo copying as required.
- Maintenance of the site HSE Notice Board
- Attendance at meetings as required.
- Assisting with arranging training
- Identify areas for improvement.

- Willingness to learn new skills and start a career
- Experience in excel, Word, SharePoint and Outlook
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Problem-solving oritentation
- Self-motivation
- Ethical behavior
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, standards, and best practices is advantageous
- Working in the HSE department can be reactive so adaptive to change and changing priorities.
