We offer a true hybrid work experience, with a 50-50 balance between in-office presence and remote work. Once you’ve completed training and are comfortable in your role, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of splitting your time between home and the office—empowering you to do your best work, wherever you are.
Our contact centre operates Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 7PM, giving you the chance to work within a range of hours that supports both structure and flexibility.

**As a Lending Consultant, you will**:

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven success in a customer service role—bonus points if it was fast-paced
Genuine interest in a career in banking
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence or interest in working across multiple service channels such as telephony and digital platforms
A knack for multitasking and staying organised under pressure
Commitment to self-improvement and long-term career goals
