**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Print and process invoices** for daily deliveries and pickups
- Communicate effectively with the **overseas support team**, **warehouse staff**, and **delivery drivers**:

- **Coordinate daily driver runs**, delivery schedules, and pickup arrangements
- **Handle incoming and outgoing cash and cheques** securely and accurately
- Assist drivers with **loading tyres** and preparing delivery vehicles
- Help with **picking up tyres** from the warehouse or suppliers when needed
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and driver runs

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Responsible and trustworthy in handling **cash and cheques**:

- Physically fit to assist with **loading tyres** and basic manual tasks
- Previous experience in an admin or tyre industry support role is a plus
- Driver’s license preferred
