**About The Centre**
Thrive are thrilled to have opened a brand new, purpose built centre in Picton.
Our new centre is licensed for up to 64 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.
**About The Role**
We are looking for a fully qualified educators and an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.
We are looking for professional educators with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and other educators.
**This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building a team culture from the ground up.**
**You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**
**Your main responsibilities will be to**:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
- Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualification
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
