**About the company**:
The company is a specialist surveying company who has been in operation for over thirty years operating throughout NSW. They specialise in cadastral, civil engineering, construction and infrastructure projects which come in all shapes, sizes, values and complexities. This is an award winning survey practice who offer a fun environment to work in, plenty of career progression and the chance to get involved in some of Australia’s most interesting and challenging projects.

**Duties**:

- Work as part of the Drafting team (some autonomous work is also involved)
- Projects include cadastral, subdivision design, and topographic works
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- You will play a key role in the team
- Liaising between Clients, Engineer’s and your own in-house Survey team
- Download of field data using CAD software
- CAD drafting using AutoCAD
- Creating plans and drafts
- Document control, and keeping accurate records

**About the Requirements**:

- Formal survey qualifications
- Ideally have 3+ years drafting knowledge
- Experience is ideal in land, cadastral, buildings and civils works
- AutoCAD is a must
- Experience of software like CivilCAD/Magnet, Civil 3D
- 3D modelling experience
- Be motivated and have the desire to succeed
- Have a high attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
