We currently have an opportunity for a
**Survey Drafter** for the
**NSW **Housing team.
- Drafting and checking: Topographic Surveys, Cadastral Surveys (residential setouts, boundary marking, identification surveys etc) and other survey related plans
- Data processing
- Liaising with surveyors, planners, field technicians
- Corresponding with clients, attending to their requests and needs

**Required**
- Knowledge and experience in AutoCad, BricsCad or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with ability to liaise in a friendly manner
- Good data management skills with eye for detail
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the work environment

**Desirable**
- A tertiary qualification in Surveying or drafting (completed or commenced)
- Survey field experience
