As the Practice Manager at Central Coast Endo, part of the Kikada Dental Group, located in Gosford, NSW, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our practice.

Here's what you will be doing:

- Bringing energy and enthusiasm to lead the practice team
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient management.
- Managing and leading a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient service delivery.
- Working closely with the Operations team from the Kikada Dental Group receiving mentoring and guidance - being part of a wider network
- Coordinating staff schedules and rosters to maintain optimal staffing levels for seamless practice operations.
- Implementing and maintaining effective office systems and protocols to enhance organisational efficiency.
- Handling financial matters such as supporting the billing, invoicing, and budget management to ensure the financial health of the practice.
- Implementing Kikada Group policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Working closely with clinical staff to facilitate a positive working culture - effective communication and collaboration between departments.
- Contributing to the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing patient engagement and practice growth.

Here's what you bring to us:

- Energy and enthusiasm to lead and mentor a team alongside the clinicians
- An introduction to dental practice management or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the dental industry ideal
- Ability to implement efficient administrative systems and processes
- Basic experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Capability to handle patient relations and customer service effectively
- Proficiency in using relevant software for practice management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
