**What this job involves**:
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Research Analyst to join our team Your focus will be on the Industrial & Logistics space in VIC, and you’ll be responsible for providing high level analysis and support the team in a busy role which works closely with internal and external clients.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Collating and analysing data
Identifying investment themes and trends
Report writing for subscriber clients, as well as public facing research papers
Assist our clients with additional enquiries and research requirements
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computing skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Detail orientated with a good eye for accuracy, process and deadline driven as well as a multi-tasker
Qualifications ideally an undergraduate degree in Property, Economics, Commerce and other disciplines
