**Research Analyst**

**We will count on you to**:

- Working within a highly collaborative Research team the Analyst will also work in close partnership with the Client Service Director team on various engagements in producing key deliverables through collaboration and joint ownership.
- Capability, experience, and track record which will dictate the level and complexity of engagements delivered.
- Contributing to a portfolio of research engagements working in partnership with the project team
- Play a supporting role in taking initial briefings from clients.
- Contributes to strategic initiatives, ad hoc projects, and programs across the business
- Look for opportunities to improve how research is completed
- Contribute to the creation of the research strategy for each engagement
- Contribute to the structure of the Project Plan in accordance with Evolve practices
- Assist in presenting research findings to client in a coherent and comprehensive manner
- Dogmatically drives the engagement to the desired outcome, measuring ongoing progress toward achieving the desired objectives and initiating correction action as required
- Contributes to the overall team environment by proactively suggesting new ideas, challenging the status quo, and looking for opportunities to make a broader contribution to the business

Other duties as may be required from time to time.

**What you need to have**:

- 1-3 years of talent research or talent sourcing experience gained within a talent research, executive search, or management consultancy firm
- Direct experience in market mapping engagements
- A track record of sustained proven success at a senior level
- An emerging expert in delivering in-depth talent research outcomes for talent acquisition, succession, and competitor intelligence to senior stakeholders
- Effective Communication Skills
- Strong Literacy and Numeracy Skills
- Reliable and attention to detail
- Effective Organizational, Prioritization and Time Management capabilities
