We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our lively and collaborative team.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about communications and is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in supporting our communications efforts and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
**In this role you’ll**
- Prepare documents and presentations
- Collate and distribute newsletters
- Implement basic communications tactics to support team and organisational initiatives
- help set up and contribute to the organisation of events
- Make changes to online platforms
- Monitor and process invoices
- Set up meetings and manage calendars and bookings for promotional activities and tools
- Respond to queries and communications received by the unit
- Provide administrative support to the director and undertake general recordkeeping
**What you will need**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Canva and basic experience in video editing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A positive and proactive approach and willingness to support the team as needed
- An appropriate degree, such as Communications, Business Administration or related field

**Essential Requirements**:
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
