**About the role**

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking Trades Assistants to join our workshop at Casula. Within this role, you will work alongside experienced Plant Mechanics, Boilermakers and Auto Electricians to ensure a high quality of output and a safe working environment.

You will be involved in; the disassembly, cleaning and inspection of CAT equipment, movement/storage of plant and equipment, carrying out minor maintenance and repairs and other miscellaneous tasks.

This position is a great entry point to a career in the heavy industry.

**Essential Criteria**
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in the Construction and Mining Industry.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- A dedicated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
- Able to work competently unsupervised.
- Positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and HRW Forklift Licence.

**Roster and Remuneration**
- Monday-Friday (Day shift ONLY)
- 5D2O - 05:45 am - 16:15 pm
- Hourly rates starting from: $32.94+
- Overtime rates starting from: $49.41+
